The Tesco Isle of Man Retirement Savings Plan (the "Plan") is available to all Isle of Man colleagues to help them to save for retirement.

At a glance.
- If you are aged 22-75 you will be automatically enrolled into the Plan with the option to opt-out
- You can save anything from 4% of your salary every 4 weeks into the Plan Tesco will match your contributions up to 7.5% - the same rates as in the UK
- As a member you will receive life cover of five times your pay
- Your savings will be automatically invested in the Tesco Lifestyle Cash Option but you can also select your own investments from a range of self-select funds
- Tesco has appointed Baker Tilly Isle of Man, the longest established pension provider on the Isle of Man, to act as the independent Trustee and administrator of the Plan
